Before you sign in

Access is managed through Mainstay Medical's Microsoft Entra ID.

    A Mainstay Medical accountYour @mainstaymedical.com sign-in, the same one you use for Outlook and Teams.
  2. 2
    Membership of the field enablement groupUS field sales, clinical and marketing teams are added when their account is set up. If you can sign in to Outlook but not here, you are not in the group yet.

    Multi-factor authenticationApprove the sign-in in Microsoft Authenticator. On your phone you stay signed in, so you only do this occasionally.
  4. 4
    Internal use onlyEverything here is for Mainstay staff. Every resource is labelled External use approved or Internal only. Anything can be shared through the Share button, but you are responsible for checking it is approved for external use before you send it.
No access or signed in with the wrong account? Contact the enablement admin with your name, role and region.
